Fantastic friendly staff, they made my day!!
Appreciated the king room with nice sized bathroom, and good and gorgeous location in the centre of the town. All the services were friendly. Plus, I was pleased with a free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Absolutely underwhelming experience. I mean, a beat-up room with torn wallpaper and a troubling smell? That's what I got. I expected so much more considering the price! Where's my welcome gift? Just couldn't give a good review, alas!

The hotel is a comfortable place. The staff are welcoming. The parking is a problem and difficult. The town is hard to walk around in with the traffic, so for this reason I would not recommend it for children. The town has a lot of potential all the businesses are very welcoming; it is just the difficulty of getting around it.

Loved this relaxing stay for 2 nights. Everything was modern, affable staff, amazing views over the harbor. Very central location so close to the centre of town on the harbour-front and the center of town, it was in a nice area. Besides, Fintragh Bridge was 3 km away from the venue.

Beautiful harbour view during breakfast was the highlight of our stay.
The room was not adequately prepared, with a curtain off its runner and patchy plasterboard.

We were uprated to a much better room That was much appreciated.
That you still allow smoking in some of your rooms and unfortunately my daughter was given such a room and she absolutely hates the smell of stale smoke, as both my wife and myself do.

The staff were very friendly and approachable, the location of the hotel was lovely, right on the harbour, great views.
Thought check-in time of 4pm was quite late; all kids' meals come with chips, although you can get potatoes etc if you ask but it could be put on the menu.

Convenient nearby attractions enhance the overall stay.
Upon arrival, my reservation was altered without notification. Instead of the four rooms with two beds as requested, we received one with a pullout couch, causing quite an inconvenience. The staff managed to find an additional suitable room, but this shouldn't have been necessary. The noisy traffic outside the room made it difficult to relax. I was also disappointed that there wasn't adequate air conditioning to keep the room comfortable at night. It was quite frustrating.

The staff were fantastic especially Grainne the receptionist, nothing was too much trouble. Our suite had the best view in Killybegs and the Friday night quiz was such fun. Great facilities and the breakfast was lovely and so to is the setting overlooking the harbour.

the balcony with our room was great and would be gorgeous in the summer as the view was lovely. the 25 euro 3 course meal was very good value and the seafood was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
no quilt on bed just a sheet and blanket. Not a nice smell in the room it was fusty reminded me of a caravan. But it was a smoking room!
